As part of the bargaining committee for the iHeart Podcast Union, I helped secure higher wages, better severance agreements, guaranteed yearly increases, and more for myself and 100 of my colleagues by winning the first iHeart Podcast Union contract in May of 2024.

Since contract ratification in July of 2024, I’ve stepped up to serve my union as a shop steward.
